Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We are growing our Finance Department and looking for a Financial Analyst — an analytical professional who will take over management reporting and ad-hoc analysis from the Head of Finance and CFO, actively participate in Odoo implementation, and build the foundation for an FP&A function.
We expect that you:
- Have a higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Audit, or Applied Mathematics
- Have 3+ years of experience as an Economist, Financial Analyst, or Management Accounting Specialist, including at least 1 year in a service-based, IT, or outsourcing business
- Have experience managing P&L for a department, project, or team within a service business
- Are able to prepare plan vs. actual analysis and analyze deviations by price/volume/mix/FX factors
- Understand the principles of unit economics calculation, including utilization, billable rate, revenue per FTE, and gross margin per project
- Confidently work with Google Sheets/Excel, including advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and Power Query
- Have experience building financial models from scratch, including scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
- Are comfortable working with large datasets (10k+ rows)
- Have experience preparing management reporting for CFO/CEO level, including monthly and quarterly reports and KPI dashboards
- Understand DSO/DPO, AR aging, and cost allocation methodologies
- Have experience working with management systems such as BAS, SAP, Odoo, Kantata, Replicon, Anaplan, or similar solutions at a business-user level
- Understand ERP system architecture and analytical dimensions such as cost centers, business units, and projects
- Have English proficiency at A2+ level and are able to work with financial materials in English and communicate in writing with English-speaking stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in a company with 100+ FTE or a service business with multiple practices/business units
- Knowledge of IFRS — for businesses with foreign currency revenue
- Experience preparing data for due diligence / M&A / investor relations
- Experience with payment systems (PayPal, Revolut, Wise, Payoneer)
- Interest in AI / LLM tools for analytics (Claude, GPT)
- Willingness to mentor junior analysts
Key responsibilities:
- Management accounting: maintaining P&L by business units/projects/clients; preparing internal reporting pack monthly (by the 7th working day)
- Unit economics & performance analysis: calculating utilization, billable rate, gross margin per project/client/practice, revenue per FTE; supporting pricing and rate card development
- Analytical dashboards & automation: building KPI dashboards (Google Sheets / Looker Studio / Power BI); optimising data flows from CRM/ERP/HRIS into reporting; fulfilling ad-hoc requests from C-level
- Budget control & forecasting: monitoring budget payments, maintaining rolling forecast, plan-vs-actual analysis with factor decomposition and management commentary
- Odoo implementation support: configuring chart of accounts and analytics, validating data migration from BAS, UAT for Accounting/Project/Invoicing modules, delivering the first BI dashboard on Odoo data
