Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

We seek a Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Management of the department (coordination of subordinate managers, assistance in drawing up development plans and training programs for team, monitoring their implementation, interviewing candidates for employment);
• Risk management and assessment of department/program performance by key indicators;
• Participation in Presale and conclusion of contracts. Conducting negotiations with clients;
• Close cooperation with marketing and sales departments;
• Project management control (time and cost estimation for projects, quality control, deadlines and budgets);
• Coordination of project managers who perform testing projects;
• Resolution of controversial issues regarding projects within the department;
• Maintenance of design and technical documentation.

We expect:

• 3+ years of management experience ІІ level (development and mentoring of subordinate managers);
• Leading teams of 20+ people (control of all stages of employee development);
• Experience in solving complex cases in working with staff and clients;
• Experience in building, managing, and optimizing processes in the company;
• Project management experience (negotiations, project time and cost estimation, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, deadlines) will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in  English (Upper-Intermediate and above: spoken and written);
• High level of responsibility, emotional intelligence, and proactivity;
• The ability to work in multitasking mode, the skill of prioritizing tasks;
• Results orientation, business orientation, systematic work.
