We are growing and looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager (B2B) to join our marketing team. If you want to work in the IT field and enhance your skills, you will find our offer interesting.

Required skills:

  • 1.5+ years of practical experience in marketing, experience in IT is an advantage.
  • Fluent spoken and written English at Upper-Intermediate+ level.
  • Excellent analytical skills for working with the target audience.
  • Knowledge and ability to use tools for lead generation.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies.

It will be a plus:

  • Have practical experience in effective setup of Google AdWords / Google Analytics / Meta.
  • Possess skills in launching and successfully managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • Have experience in the B2B segment and understand its specifics.
  • Creative and flexible in work, with analytical abilities, ready to work towards results.
  • Ready to work on lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating lead generation activities: Email campaigns, advertising, content, PR, etc.
  • Conducting email campaigns for new leads and existing databases.
  • Creating lead magnets (whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
  • Analyzing competitors and finding new lead generation channels.
  • Keeping track of completed tasks in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation materials (briefing on content creation for ads, promotions, blogs, banners, etc.).
  • Analyzing launched lead generation campaigns and preparing reports on their results.
  • Working with marketing qualified leads, analyzing and collecting missing information, organizing activities to engage the audience.
