About the project:

We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer(WordPress) to join one of our internal development teams.

 We expect you to have:

• Have at least 1 year of commercial experience developing with PHP 7+/8.x and a basic understanding of OOP and programming patterns.
• Work with WordPress: understand the hooks system (actions, filters), the structure of themes and plugins, and be able to create shortcodes, widgets, and templates.
• Be proficient in HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript (Vanilla). Knowledge of jQuery is a plus.
• Be able to write simple SQL queries to interact with the database.
• Have experience working with Git: creating branches, working with pull requests, and participating in code reviews.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for corporate WordPress websites.
• Implement and adapt pages according to design layouts (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Write SQL queries to work with the site database.
• Manage work within the Git version control system.
• Develop and enhance themes and plugins: working with hooks, shortcodes, and widgets.
• Actively collaborate within the team, taking part in code reviews and discussions.
