Junior IT Recruiter (tech and non-tech)

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications).

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter for a full-time position.
We consider candidates with initial hands-on experience in IT recruitment who are eager to grow professionally and ready to work with the full recruitment cycle alongside an amazing team 🙂

We expect:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year in IT recruitment.
  • Basic practical experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Understanding of competency-based interviewing principles.
  • Sourcing skills and experience working with LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present vacancies to candidates effectively.
  • Structured and responsible working approach with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Developed emotional intelligence and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • English level — strong B1 or higher.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building partnerships with hiring managers: participating in vacancy intake meetings, уточнення role requirements, aligning candidate profiles, and maintaining regular communication on recruitment progress.
  • Creating vacancy profiles of varying complexity: preparing job descriptions, shaping candidate profiles, and aligning requirements with hiring managers.
  • Developing and executing sourcing activities: independently searching for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities; building search queries; preparing job postings in line with company standards.
  • Candidate interaction: screening CVs, conducting phone and online pre-screen interviews; presenting vacancies to candidates; organizing further selection stages; accompanying candidates through to the offer stage.
  • Market analysis: monitoring recruitment and labor market trends; analyzing candidates’ salary expectations; exploring new tools and approaches in IT recruitment.
  • Database management and reporting: maintaining candidate records in ATS; ensuring data accuracy; preparing basic recruitment funnel analytics; providing regular reports on completed work.
