Head of Infrastructure

Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications).
We seek a Head of Infrastructure to join our friendly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the IT support department, ensuring effective division of work and monitoring of task performance;
- Determination of task priorities and organization of teamwork to achieve goals;
- Team management of 6+ employees;
- Optimizing the work processes and implementing DevOps approaches;
- Execution and implementation of internal projects and tasks;
- Management, motivation, and team development.
We expect:
- 4+ years of experience in managing a team of IT specialists (6+ subordinates);
- Experience in system administration (Linux);
- Experience in supporting external IT servers (e.g AWS, Google Workspace, etc.);
- Experience in configuring Apache 2 and Nginx web servers;
- Experience with MySQL and Postgres at the administrative level (backup, data restore, server administration);
- Excellent management skills, a high level of self-organization;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be an advantage;
- CI/CD (Jenkins) automation and organization skills (preferred);
- Automation experience with Ansible (preferred).
