Automation QA Engineer
Remotely (Ukraine)
QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to game, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We expect that you:
- Have 1.5+ years of commercial experience in test automation (with at least 0.5 years using Python)
- Work with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium)
- Have practical experience configuring and using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, and others)
- Use Jira, TestRail, Mantis, or other test management and bug tracking systems
- Are proficient with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab) for effective team collaboration
- Have experience testing integration solutions (APIs, third-party services)
- Possess English language skills (both written and spoken) at B2 level
- Are eager to learn new programming languages and testing tools
Will be a plus, if you:
- Understand how to use performance testing tools (such as JMeter or LoadRunner)
- You are familiar with other programming languages for automation
Main responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation tests using Python
- Design and implement automated test scripts for various projects: Web, E-commerce, Game, and Mobile
- Collaborate with development teams and project managers to define test requirements
- Analyze test results, document defects, and maintain test documentation
- Participate in releases (planning, retesting, regression testing)
- Work with technical documentation, analyze requirements, and write and review test result reports
