  • Anywhere

QATestLab is an international IT outsourcing company that provides independent software testing services. We have over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies in various industries — from e-commerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who doesn’t just manage the process but creates a stable, transparent, and predictable sales cycle. This role is for a results-driven leader who can build systems, inspire the team by example, and make a real impact on the business.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the sales team: setting tasks, monitoring execution, and removing operational blockers.
  • Supporting and optimizing sales processes; monitoring performance against plans and achieving team KPIs.
  • Analyzing team results, identifying growth areas, and initiating changes to improve efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and coordination with related departments: Marketing, Analytics, SDR, Delivery, HR, Legal, and Partners.
  • Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new team members, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and supporting professional development.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline as a tool to gain deep insight into the product, client scenarios, and sales operations.

We expect you to have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and the IT industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of sales managers, motivating and developing professionals.
  • Advanced English (B2 or higher) and experience working with US and European markets.
  • Systemic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to argue, negotiate, and build trust.
  • Responsibility for your own work quality and team results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, make decisions, and propose improvements.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Are familiar with the Jobs-to-be-Done approach.
  • Have experience working with partner programs.

We offer:

  • Collaboration with a stable company with well-established processes, in an environment that supports your initiative and leadership growth.
  • Opportunities to attend IT conferences, exhibitions, and professional events abroad.
  • Flexible working hours: start between 8:00–11:00, finish between 17:00–20:00.
  • 100% sick leave compensation and 18 paid days off per year.
  • A strong corporate culture, social support system, and extensive loyalty program.
