We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

We expect:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer
• Experience in international commercial and corporate law
• Experience in drafting contracts and other legal documents (PSA, MSA, NDA, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Lease Agreement), experience with foreign jurisdictions is welcome
• English language proficiency at B1/B1+ level
• Excellent command of MS Office products

Responsibilities:

• Assessing legal risks when concluding contracts with clients and counterparties, coordinating, and participating in negotiations
• Providing legal consultations on commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, data protection, and other areas relevant to the company’s activities
• Developing, amending, and analyzing contract templates with clients, suppliers, and employees (PSA, NDA, lease agreements, and others)
• Resolving disputes: debt collection, breach of contract terms by clients, contractors, employees, and others
• Developing and updating Terms of Use and Privacy Notice
• Developing and updating corporate documents (Charters, Powers of Attorney, Minutes) considering changes in legislation and corporate policies
• Participating in other projects
